Olympic Sculpture Park

Searching for a waterfront wedding venue in Seattle? The Art Museum offers its event space in Olympic Sculpture Park. The glass-enclosed pavilion offers views of Elliott Bay and the Olympic Mountains, allowing you to soak up the idyllic sunset of the PNW on the night of your wedding.

If you wish to host an all-in-one wedding day experience at Olympic Sculpture Park, the indoor pavilion is connected to the Amphitheater and Terraces. The Amphitheater is an outdoor location where wedding ceremonies take place under a covered awning overlooking the sculpture works that Olympic Sculpture Park is known for. 

The outdoor terraces at Olympic Sculpture Park are ideal for hosting an immersive-style cocktail hour for your guests. The space is directly connected to the pavilion, allowing guests to mix and mingle with ease as they flow from one space to the next. 

Olympic Sculpture Park is open to the public, daily until 4:00 pm. Weddings in this space are permitted to begin setup upon closure, with the earliest start time for your ceremony beginning at 6:00 pm.

Total Capacity

An Olympic Sculpture Park wedding has the ability to host up to 180 seated guests or 300 guests for a floating cocktail-style reception. 

Olympic Sculpture Park Wedding Cost

For weddings taking place on a Saturday in May, June, and September, the venue fee for an Olympic Sculpture Park wedding begins at a cost of $8000. Saturday weddings taking place in July & August come with a venue fee of $9000. Weekday summer weddings occurring from Sunday through Friday cost $7000. It is important to note that your venue fee is not yet inclusive of your culinary service or other wedding vendors, such as your planner, photographer, or florist.

Seattle Asian Art Museum Wedding

Centrally located within Volunteer Park, the Seattle Asian Art Museum features an extraordinary art deco facade with works of art comprising the largest collection of Asian art in the PNW. The views from within this space are amazing, and highlight the Seattle skyline and over 50 acres of meadows from the surrounding park. 

At the Seattle Asian Art Museum, wedding ceremonies take place directly outside the museum doors. If you prefer an indoor space for your vows, the museum also offers its Alvord Board Room, which can be transformed to suit your wedding day vision with creative decor and lush floral arrangements. 

Following your ceremony, wedding reception celebrations at the Seattle Asian Art Museum are held in the Fuller Garden Court. This grand indoor space is a throughline to the museum’s Art Deco architecture with fanciful interior design and a frosted glass ceiling.

The Seattle Asian Art Museum is open to the public from Wednesday through Sunday until 5:00. Thus allowing couples and their wedding vendors to begin setup upon closure, with the earliest event time beginning at 6:30.

Total Capacity

Fuller Garden Court & Park Lobby at the Seattle Asian Art Museum can accommodate up to 110 seated guests for your wedding reception or up to 250 guests for a floating cocktail reception.

From the ‘Little Cloud Sky’ instillation to larger-than-life Chinese sculptures and works of art from the 14th century, the Seattle Art Museum is a wedding venue that elicits emotion in a refined setting. Seattle Art Museum weddings take place in a variety of forums, galleries, and exhibits, allowing you to select a space befitting your unique love story.

Total Capacity

Beginning in 2027, seated weddings at the Seattle Art Museum are best suited to those with guest lists under 100 attendees.

The museum offers wedding day food and beverage experiences exclusively through Shooby Doo Catering. Additional Event Time & Costs

.Weddings at the Seattle Art Museum come with an end time of 11 pm. However, the venue does allow couples to add on to that time for an additional fee of $1000 per hour.
