Katie and Trevor brought the romance to their pre-Thanksgiving Fall engagement photos in Seattle’s historic Pioneer Square. The soon-to-be newlyweds couldn’t resist creating memories of love under the city lights – a perfect match for their urban wedding in March when they are due to tie the knot at withinSodo, an uber-cool downtown venue!
Hinged during the Pandemic
Amidst the chaos of a global pandemic, Katie and Trevor found each other through a dating app called Hinge. Although they met in an unexpected way during the pandemic, they were undeniably drawn to each other through a dating app. On July 2022, under the romantic setting of a glowing sunset fire on their back patio – Trevor proposed! When reflecting upon this life-changing moment together; loving, cheeky, uncomplicatedly joyful, encouraging, and perfect are just some of five words these two used to describe it.
They Love Being Together
Trevor and Katie have a unique connection that goes beyond the ordinary. When things get tough, they look out for each other; when life is great, their bond only grows stronger. Nothing about together ever seeming boring – in Trevor’s words “I just like existing with you”! Their love story began at the Matador in Seattle. A Seahawks fan willing to meet up during game day? Anything is possible! What started as an innocent catch-up call became so much more: hours of chatting followed by late-night strolls through town that led them both to scheduling date number two!
During the pandemic, Trevor and their partner’s relationship bloomed. Despite having a busy work schedule during football season, they still make time for simple pleasures like going to the market together or taking walks with their dogs. For these two, wedding planning has been an exciting journey full of memorable experiences such as touring venues and trying new restaurants. On the wedding day they’re excited to share delicious food with family!
A Cozy Fall Engagement
It was the perfect evening for a cozy engagement session in Pioneer Square. Despite the stillness of Pioneer Square on a chilly evening, there was an unmistakable feeling of coziness in the air. With just enough sunlight to capture some beautiful moments, this couple’s engagement session wound its way through tranquil fountains at the Waterfall Garden Park. We wrapped at Mod Pizza – where they enjoyed their favorite board games amidst laughter and smiles that were simply contagious! There is no doubt why I adore these two; it’s impossible not to be charmed by their easy-going demeanors and captivating sweetness.
